:cry: :cry: i am young girl and also a high cholestrol patient, i didn't take any medicine. Have any Biogreen products that i can take it and lower and control my cholestrol? Is that enough i just only take Biogreen Low Sugar + Enrich every morning? :cry: :?: :roll:

i dont think there is any food that can reduce cholesterol.
just reduce intake/eat those high cholesterol food.
do more exercise, as this will help us maintain good cholesterol balance.

of course can. you need to know why is the cholesterol in there at the first place.
we eat more than we need. so, our body will turn the extra calories into fat. fat will act as a reserve energy for our body, just in case that we need it badly. our brain is pre-set to protect ourself. if one day, you are lost and injured at a place that there is no food and water, what will you do?
you will stay there until help is arrive. while you are still not been rescued, at the critical moment, your brain will shut down energy wasting parts, such as digestion, lessen using of muscles... etc. no food and water for 3 days, brain will command our body to break down fat. produce energy to make our heart keep running, keep the brain alive.

now, eat to what your body needs daily, you will be fine.
if you have too much cholesterol, make yourself burn or use it, do exercises......... ;)

Yes.. yes.. exercise definitely can help in reducing cholesterol level especially the LDL cholesterol (bad cholesterol)..
The recommended duration of effective exercise will be 3 times a week, everytime should be at least 30 minutes.. Apart from that, food habit and dietary intake are also vital in overcoming this problem.. Reduce high fats foods, seafoods, internal organs of animal, red meats and etc. are important in reducing the cholesterol levels..
